While the indoor treatments here are wonderful, it’s the stunning grounds and the exceptional staff that truly make this spa a paradise. Specifically, I want to give a huge shoutout to Mickey from the groundskeeping team. Mickey doesn't just maintain the beautiful, pristine landscape; he completely elevates the guest experience. He always greets everyone with a warm smile and is incredibly mindful of the spa’s quiet zones, ensuring guests enjoy total peace and tranquility. He even went out of his way to help me find the best, most comfortable seating spots on the property. Mickey’s dedication to top-tier customer service and his genuinely friendly attitude made me feel incredibly welcome. He is an absolute gem!

I absolutely love Murrieta Hot Springs! Been several times and every time it’s a great experience. We recently rented two cabanas at the Adult Pool. It was amazing for our large group. The service was outstanding! Our server Jovette was so wonderful and sweet! She really went the extra mile to make sure our day was relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!!

Nowhere near as nice as the Glen Ivy Springs if you like wilderness, trees, and a lot of pools. This just seemed more like a large Hotel pool area. I can only compare it to Glen Ivy and the rooms and original cabins are beautiful. I'm glad they preserved all the original facilities. It's a lot more quiet and here, people are not yelling and screaming. Did you have a lot of really warm swimming pools. Supposedly all the pools are filled with mineral water but I really doubt it, or it must be really really diluted. The bathrooms in the showers were kind of dark and gloomy and they weren't cleaned all day. So there were hair chunks in the shower, the soap dispensers were empty by 4:00 p.m., and there were dirty towels everywhere that weren't picked up. One of the things they stopped doing is they stopped providing Tower stations, which I totally understand from a business point karma in which saves the Matata of money from people not discarding tells after they use them just once. But it is a danger inconvenience for the guests, even though it has not stopped anyone from coming or returning. If you stay past 6:00 p.m. it becomes really quiet and calm, very few people left and they're open till 10:00 p.m. Also, they charge you like $13 for the lockers, but you can easily bring your bag with you and just carry it with you. Are there with anyone would steal it there because people either pay $300 a night to stay at the place or pay a hundred bucks to get in there, and it's easy enough to keep an eye on your stuff

First things first: This place makes Glen Ivy look like a Carnival Cruise Ship's buffet after lunch. It's elegant, peaceful, massive, and well maintained. Staff often checked with us as the various hot springs to see if we needed anything, including offers to adjust the temperature. Staff also said they enjoy working there when we asked, which is important to us. If you're debating between these two options, it's like comparing caviar to gum you found on your shoe. The place is massive. In the dat+ we stayed there we still saw less than half of it, and we took advantage of the generous 6pm grounds use after check out. The asset of it being huge is also it's downside: restrooms are rare and poorly marked, it was challenging to get from the room to the hot springs on foot and there really wasn't another option because the day guest parking was fairly full on the weekend. The other critique is hotel check in is at 4, and check out is at 10am with no option to check out later unless you pay $75 (we were up late enjoying the many 24 hour springs and chose to check out at noon and use this option). The good thing was, most of our room were ready a little early. The food was actually good (when we finally found it), and despite it being a weekend and going in a large group, we could always find a hot spring to all enjoy together that was the temp we wanted. It's worth spending the night, and the rooms were gigantic and everything worked well and was comfortable, clean and stocked.

We had a wonderful day at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort with a day pass and access to the adult terrace. The atmosphere was relaxing and the amenities were easy to enjoy. Ahnee was our cabana server and did a fantastic job! She was attentive, friendly, and gave us great tips on how to make the most of the amenities. Her service really elevated our experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I spent 5 nights at Murietta Hot Springs Resort with my grown daughter. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. I want to call out Martin and Able on their choice of a room for us. The room was perfect and the check-in was effortless. The double vanities made "getting ready" convenient. When I accidentally pulled the bathroom door off it's slide, Memo and Miguel were on the spot within minutes and quickly fixed it. We totally enjoyed not only the soaking ( which was heavenly) but all the wonderful experiences, like Agua yoga, gratitude sessions and indulgence in the clay. Lauren and Mikal provided impactful information about the waters and the history of the resort. I can't wait to return.

I was so excited for this booking! However my excitement slowly left. Originally we had booked the 50% Birthday pass, the regular day pass, and the adult area Cabana. I did not consider that I may need the adult terrace day pass option when booking, so I contacted them to get that changed for my husband. I then informed them that when I booked the 50% birthday pass it didn’t allow me to choose which day pass I wanted and I asked to pay the difference. The young lady I spoke with then informed me that there is no upgrade option available for the birthday pass and essentially I would need to forgo the birthday discount and pay the full price for the Adult Terrace pass. This brings me to my concerns: If someone is spending the extra money for a Cabana that is also in the adult section, then why not allow the difference to be paid? Also, why have the 50% birthday discount offered at all if it cannot be used with the Adult Terrace (by paying 50% of the cost) and cannot be used with the Cabana purchase? There were so many inconsistencies with this booking that I decided to call back and just cancel altogether. It felt very scammy. The person didn’t even ask why the booking was being canceled and couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Why lose out on $600 ya know? So anyway we booked with another resort for their experience and it was a lot easier to book with them and no hidden caveats.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, staying in the Hillside Soaking Suites. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with peaceful scenery that truly sets the tone for rest and relaxation. A special shoutout to our poolside server, Ahnee—she was exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, taking time to explain the different amenities and activities available throughout the resort. Her service truly enhanced our experience. This was a relaxing and rejuvenating stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

I’ve been having an amazing stay at Murrieta Hot Springs. The place has been incredible — beautiful property, great food, and so many awesome ways to relax. But honestly, what really sets it apart is the staff. Before I even made my reservation, I called to ask about room options and Valentine’s Day food choices. Jay was incredibly helpful. She gave excellent suggestions for both rooms and dining, and even dropped a few hints on how to make Valentine’s Day extra special here. She really went the extra mile, and it made my wife and I even more excited to get here. Once we arrived, Tyler checked us in. We had some travel hiccups and ended up arriving later than planned, but he brought nothing but great energy from the moment we stepped onto the property. He was funny, welcoming, and just overall amazing vibes. He also gave us recommendations based on what he and his wife enjoy — and every single one has been GREAT so far. We’re seriously enjoying every part of this stay and already talking about coming back. BONUS: Here's the view from our patio here!

Spent a lovely weekend, pools and grounds are beautiful. Walls in the rooms are thin and you can hear neighbors above and next door quite well. Had spa services with Dani and Kristi, both EXCELLENT. Shout out to Michael for his yoga classes and cold plunge instructions. Seating by the pools and access to activities were very reasonable but better if you plan ahead.
