The Hampton Inn & Suites Murrieta Temecula consistently receives positive feedback, particularly regarding its cleanliness and friendly staff. Recent reviews highlight a good value and convenient location, though some guests have experienced issues with facility maintenance and unexpected fees. Despite occasional concerns, many returning guests praise the hotel’s comfortable rooms and attentive service.
It is a good hotel rooms are nice. People at the front desk very nice
The staff was kind and helpful. The elevator was rickety. The ice machine on our floor was broken as was the fridge in our room (which we didn’t realize till our dinner leftovers went bad), the shower was hot with good pressure. The room was nice. Pool and hot tub were closed the entire weekend for maintenance. Breakfast was decent.
Good relatively affordable room. Staff was great, especially front desk ‘Sylvie(?)’. Breakfast was rather pedestrian as always, same industrial eggs, bacon was good, no pastries save a few muffins. Sufficient to allay hunger, nothing to recommend it.
Friendly staff. No hassle check in and out. Convenient location. We had a great 2 night stay.
Location is a bit further away from where we wanted to be. But the clean new rooms, friendly staff and breakfast more than made up for the inconvenience.
I am a previous Diamond member and have stayed at more than 150 locations of Hilton around the US. This hotel is by far one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to, and has some of the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting/experiencing. From management down, they are beyond accommodating. Especially the front desk team. I think their names were John, Natalie, and Kim? They are Exceptional. The cleaning staff/maintenance are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. When doing their job, (I work from home on the road), I would be on my laptop throughout the day and I would see these amazing team members literally sweating from keeping up the cleanliness. Very comfortable and clean establishment, will definitely be staying here again in the future.
My go to place wen I visit Temecula. Front desk staff is friendly and accomodating-interacted with i think the Manage, plus afternoon and next morning crew. Location-prime, parking no.problem and guests are mostly business, travellers ans family. Bfast-attentive bfast staff-hot eggs and protein, warm oatmeal-right viscosity, waffles are deelish and juice/ coffee stations filling. Overall bfast is kept stocked, clean and warm. Its my 5th or 6th time staying here andq uite happy. PS.. pool and jacuzzi is nice and a quiet way to un wind. Thank u.... - the comic con " can i use ur printer to print my tickets" guy
Great rooms and service but upset about the fact I got a random charge after checking out and I called Hotel to ask what it was for. Lady told me housekeeping mentioned we had a dog but we did not have a dog there. She also told me they would return my money but have not.
Loved it. Went to visit San Diego and stayed there. A little bit of drive but felt better staying away from big city problems. Rooms were clean but are getting dated.
I booked Hampton Inn & Suites Murrieta Temecula ahead of my surgery on 3/26/25 for 3/26-3/27. I needed to check in early after surgery, (around 1 pm) so I called on 3/15 to ask if I could get an early check in. Instead of compassion, I was told to book the night before to “guarantee” a room. So I did—amended it through Hotels.com, for two nights (to account for my 3 extra hours) to 3/25–3/27. When I called the hotel on 3/25 reminding them that I would be arriving on 3/26 I was told the reservation including 3/25 didn’t exist even though I had the email on hand. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes by an extremely rude front desk employee named Geena, who laughed on the phone, did not listen with intention and refused to help. I also spent 30+ minutes chatting with Hotels.com support while they got the same misinformation. Hotels.com blamed it on Hampton for not having the additional night, and Hampton said I had to book through their website for the additional night. All I ever needed was one night (3/26-3/27) and an early check in which I would have eagerly paid for. I had to book AGAIN (another booking for 3/25-3/26) directly through Hilton just to make sure I had a room after surgery to cover the 3 hours before regular check in time. I was ultimately charged for three nights when all I needed was one night with early check-in. Up until this point no one offered an early check-in fee and no one fully listened to what I was saying and they denied it when I asked. No one showed any empathy. Just incompetence, wasted time, and zero accountability. I ended up showing up early on 3/26 because it was all a fiasco instead of at 1 because I had to make sure everything would be ok when I got out. Kelly was there and while she much nicer she never fully heard the entire confusing story because she interrupted me as I tried to explain it. The answer should have been from the jump - you will have an early check in! You don't need two nights. That's true customer service. Instead I have paid for 3 nights when I needed one. I have since elevated this all the way up, next step is the BBB. I have attached both bookings showing the same date. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Do better.
